eralytics have recently launched the world’s most compact and lightweight ASTM D4042 and ISO 12185 compliant density meter. The highly robust ERADENS X provides density results with 5-digit precision and features a unique full range viscosity correction enables this device to provide unsurpassed accuracy over the wide temperature range of 0 – 100 °C.

The ERADENS X is protected by rugged corrosion-resistant aluminium housing and, with its revolutionary vertically aligned x-oscillation metal U-tube design, this instrument is tough and dependable; unaffected by shocks and vibrations it is ideal for use in difficult conditions such as inside mobile labs.

The vertical alignment of the U-tube minimises the likelihood of air bubbles getting trapped inside the density cell, and eralytics’ FillingProofTM verifies and confirms bubble-free filling. This instrument utilises the change in density as a function of applied pressure to detect even the smallest bubbles, therefore offering precise and reliable measurements even for non-transparent samples such as crude oil. This unique method has proven to be more reliable and less prone to error than conventional optical methods.            

ERADENS X also features state-of-the-art integrated industry PC and a large, colour touchscreen. Its unique sample introduction from the top makes a daily measurement routine highly effective, efficient and equally easy to operate for both right-handed and left-handed people.
