The Polytector III G999S is equipped with specialized combination sensors, including catalytic combustion / thermal conductivity or catalytic combustion/thermal conductivity / semiconductor sensors, enabling it to detect methane in the common measuring range of 0-100% LEL, as well as in 0 to 10,000 ppm or 0-100 vol % ranges. The device also features up to three electrochemical sensors for toxic gases, oxygen, or hydrogen, and an infrared sensor for CO₂.
