Totally Wireless Gas Detection System to be Presented at Yokogawa Conference

GasSecure’s (Norway) CEO & Founder; Knut Sandven, will be co-presenting with PETRONAS Senior Instrument & Controls Engineer; Satiesh Muniandy to the Yokogawa European Users Conference & Automation Fair which occurs 2-4th July 2014 in Berlin, Germany.

This year’s conference theme is ‘The Power of Innovation’ and the PETRONAS / GasSecure co-presentation is entitled: ‘ISA100 Wireless Integration of GasSecure F&G Devices’. The presentation will showcase the convenience and cost reduction benefits of using GasSecure’s totally wireless gas detection system and will include an informative case study from Mr. Muniandy for a PETRONAS process facility in Malaysia.

GasSecure will also have a booth at the Yokogawa Automation Fair with a dedicated product demo-point. This will provide an opportunity for attendees to meet and interact directly with GasSecure staff to better understand the user benefits of totally wireless gas detection.

In addition to Mr. Sandven, GasSecure’s Sales Manager; Christian Heinlein will be available to provide demonstrations of the wireless integration of the GasSecure GS01 with the Yokogawa SmartDAC system including Gateways and Access Points.

As well as discussing news and developments the GasSecure staff will be showing how the GS01 wireless gas detector can reduce projects costs by 60~80%, increase installation flexibility with easy deployment, eradicating maintenance costs with no-calibration and enhancement of data availability for operators through wireless communication.
