Savant Group has announced the promotion of Nick Henry to Engineering Manager, effective immediately.
Since joining the organisation in November 2025, Henry has established a strong track record in electronic system design and product development, demonstrating both technical depth and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach. His contributions have supported cross-functional alignment and strengthened overall engineering performance.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Henry brings more than a decade of industry experience to the role, including prior leadership positions at Nexteer Automotive. Based at the Global Technical Center & North America Division in Saginaw, Michigan, he led global validation teams, advanced key technology initiatives, and played a central role in developing high-performing engineering organisations. At Nexteer, he played a central role in designing the C1XX, the General Motors platform for mid-size SUVs and crossovers and developed the steering column for Ford’s F-150. His ability to guide programs from concept through production, while aligning multidisciplinary teams, has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes.
“At Savant, we’re constantly innovating to meet the needs of our customers,” he said. “Ideas become reality rather quickly. It is exciting to take the entire process from a process protype to production in a short time.”
In his new position, Henry will lead Savant Group’s engineering function, reporting to General Manager Antonio Di Bartolo. The appointment reflects Savant Group’s continued focus on strengthening technical leadership and driving innovation across its engineering operations.
