In the global petrochemical, lubricant, and fuels sectors, sustainability expectations have become increasingly suspect unless there is strong evidence to support the claims. OEMs, regulators and end users now require auditable, data-driven proof that performance claims—and their downstream environmental benefits—can be verified.
The Savant Group has long supported these requirements through precision testing, independent verification and performance validation. Its work enables customers to optimise lubricant use, protect assets and reduce unnecessary consumption, delivering sustainability as a measurable outcome of sound engineering practice.
“Sustainability has always been embedded in what we do, it’s in our DNA,” says Antonio Di Bartolo, new General Manager of the Savant Group. “This evolution is about making that connection more visible—without changing our standards, our independence or our technical rigour.”
To better reflect this role, Savant is implementing a subtle evolution of its visual identity, including a restrained green accent across the Savant Group and Center for Quality Assurance (CQA) brands. The update is not a rebrand or marketing initiative. Instead, it aligns Savant’s external presentation with the performance outcomes it already enables across the industry.
Lubricant service life optimisation ASTM-based testing and condition monitoring supports informed, condition-based maintenance decisions. Verified performance data helps avoid premature fluid changes, extending service intervals and reducing total lubricant consumption without compromising equipment protection.
Correlated analysis of wear, oxidation and contamination indicators enables earlier detection of performance degradation. This supports improved maintenance practices and lubricant selection, helping extend asset life and reduce unplanned downtime.
Together, these outcomes reflect Savant’s positioning that sustainability is the result of precision and performance. Independent verification ensures results remain credible, defensible and trusted by OEMs, regulators and the wider industry.
