Portable fuel octane analyser developed thanks to decades of expertise in precision octane, cetane and bio-fuel analysis

The new Zeltex ZX-101SQ is the latest in the ZX range of portable fuel octane analysers. In recent years, 45 US state agencies have opted to use these dependable and accurate instruments for fast, accurate and cost-effective fuel analysis. The Zeltex ZX analysers offer a faster and more economical way to generate reliable octane values than CFR engines, with minimal compromise in terms of precision.

These user-friendly devices, which will be showcased at the upcoming Gulf Coast Conference in Galveston, TX., offers improved levels of accuracy that is quick and easy to visualise on the instrument’s large, colour screen display.

This stand-alone device will provide on-site analysis for regulatory agencies as well as end-users at fuel laboratories, terminals, pipelines and research facilities. The ZX-101SQ has 2 additional wavelengths in its optics for enhanced calibration and biofuel analysis.
