Industrial Standards Generator for Gas Mixtures

KIN-TEK’s (USA) Span Pac “I” Industrial Gas Standards Generator uses Trace Source permeation tubes to produce precise, accurate calibration gas mixtures with concentration traceable to NIST. Concentrations from low ppb to over 1000 ppm are dynamically blended as needed, directly from the pure component compounds. No interstage mixtures are required.

The Span Pac I is easy to use, safe, and specifically designed for field mounting with process analysers. It is housed in a rugged NEMA 4 specification cabinet. Optional “Z” or “X” purge systems allow service in Div II or Div I hazardous atmospheres. Single and dual channel Models are available.

Applications include ppb COS and total sulphur in propylene, HAPs in workplace atmospheres, trace contaminants e.g. arsine in process gases, and ppb BTX in air. Trace Source Permeation Tubes are available for over 500 key vapors including most industrial toxicants.
