Benchtop unit or integrated into complete automation solutions - dispense, dilute, add and blend correctly

The Modular Sample Processor, from Anton Paar (Austria), facilitates automated sample preparation steps prior to analysis. It minimises repetitive manual steps, increases sample throughput and speeds up the workflow. The system combines volumetric pipetting and dosing with exact gravimetric control of liquids with viscosities up to 1000 mPa.s (higher on demand). The Modular Sample Processor is the ideal device for preparing correct and traceable subsamples, resulting in the right sample volume, sample concentration and sample blend.

It can be used for liquids and solids and is available either as a benchtop automation of sampling steps or integrated into complete automation solutions. The Modular Sample Processor can be directly connected to any analytical instrument equipped with a flow cell for sample measurement and analysis. The integrated control software guarantees full traceability and allows communication with all common fieldbus solutions.

The flexible modular platform concept makes the Modular Sample Processor suitable for almost all industry segments as it can be flexibly adapted to your special workflow and application needs.
