Petrotest customers will now benefit from Anton Paar's high-quality service and support. With Anton Paar’s dense network of sales partners and 17 sales subsidiaries around the world, customers are close to an experienced local team which speaks their language and provides service, application support and training without delay. All Anton Paar service engineers are trained and authorised by Anton Paar and use only certified test equipment to check and adjust the instruments so that the highest level of accuracy is guaranteed. As part of after-sales service, Anton Paar’s sales network provides on-site product training, customer-specific seminars and the provision of certified reference materials and maintenance contracts.  For the lifetime of the instrument, experts are available to help with application support and method development.

To welcome former Petrotest customers to the Anton Paar Group, Anton Paar is offering a free one-off calibration and maintenance for former Petrotest instruments currently in the product range and earlier product versions of these instruments. This includes: Safety inspection; Full functional check; Firmware and software update, if available and requested; Full documentation of instrument data before and after service, Either on-site or depot-based service for minimal downtime.

This offer is for a one-off calibration and maintenance and is valid until March 31, 2014.
