The External I/O interface with advanced alarm function makes this instrument very suitable for sound monitoring application, especially when indication of the exceeding dangerous noise level is required (discothèque, car racing or other public events monitoring). Instrument is powered by four alkaline or NiMH rechargeable AA size batteries. SVAN 957 can be also powered from the USB interface or External DC source. Robust case and lightweight design accomplishe the exceptional features of this instrument. Instrument is offered also with SV 211 short period monitoring station which supports remote control by GPRS modems and environmental weather monitoring.
