Use DVLS PetroReporter: a universal software tool that automates data processing and reporting of petroleum samples. After data processing PetroReporter creates the required DHA, SimDist and Gas Calculation reports. The tool is developed by Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions and is currently used by a global installed base of leading oil refineries.

Replace your various software packages of different suppliers by PetroReporter and benefit from:

  • One universal software tool for DHA, SimDist and Gas Calculation applications.
  • A compatibility with multiple data systems including Agilent EZChrom Elite, OpenLab EZChrom, Agilent ChemStation, OpenLab ChemStation, DataApex Clarity, Perkin Elmer TotalChrom, Scion Compass, Thermo Atlas, Thermo Chromeleon and any other CDS system upon request.
  • A stand-alone or a network configuration that allows you to process the data from any PC workstation.
  • A wide range of report options to register the individual components, physical properties and more values.
  • Predefined settings per sample type, databases and formulas to optimise the identification of the petroleum samples.
  • User-friendly editors to customise the settings on-screen, just drag and drop the peaks in the on-screen chromatogram to adjust the identification.

Download the PetroReporter flyer for a full listing and examples of the report options.

Configure a DHA and SimDist application with dedicated kits

Da Vinci Laboratory Solutions also offers several kits dedicated to a DHA or SimDist test method that includes the required GC column, calibration and validation samples and the PetroReporter software. Configure your gas chromatograph with one of the dedicated kits:

  • SimDist Kits that comply with a ASTM, DIN, EN or ISO method for simulated distillation.
  • DHA Kits that comply with ASTM D5134, D6729, D6730 or D6733 for detailed hydrocarbon analysis.

Download the application note that describes the detailed hydrocarbon analysis of individual components in oxygenated gasoline with the DVLS DHA (ASTM D6730) Kit.

Another application note highlights the High Temp SimDist analysis of a crude oil using the SimDist D7169 kit and explains how to report accurate data of the light hydrocarbons in crude oil by merging the High Temp SimDist and a capillary GC (DHA) analyses.
