IMR (USA) introduces their new handheld Gas Detector. Single or multigas detectors can make continuous detection of: O2, CO, SO2, NO, NO2, H2S, H2, CH4, NH3 , C3H8, CL2, C2H5OH and other gases on request.

The BX616 Portable Gas Detector can perform continuous detection of combustible and toxic gases. It is suitable for combustible and toxic gas detection, leakage detection in underground pipes or mines, thereby keeping the workers safe and preventing the facilities from being destroyed.

The detector, making use of the excellent quality sensor, detects using of natural diffusion. It has good sensitivity and reproducibility. The detector adopts embedded MCU controller, so is easy to operate. The shell is composed of special high strength material and anti-smooth rubber, and is water-proof, explosion-proof and dust-proof. The alarms are visual and audible with vibration.
