Koehler Instrument Company partners with Optimol Instruments to advance tribological testing in key markets

Koehler Instrument Company is proud to announce their partnership with Optimol Instruments Pruftechnik GmbH, a prominent company for the development and sale of tribological model test systems and inventor of the SRV® test system for investigating fretting and friction wear.

Optimol Instruments offers the world’s leading solutions in tribological modeling, simulation and analysis. They have set the gold standard for investigating friction and wear in model testing environments with the world-renowned SRV test system. As the technology leader in tribological model testing, and with their innovative strength and current technology, they provide custom solutions with many testing options.

Koehler Instrument Company and Optimol Instruments recently signed a distribution and service agreement whereby Koehler will exclusively distribute and provide service to existing customers for the SRV test system in North and Central America as well as in certain countries in the Middle East and South East Asia. With Koehler’s years of expertise, in the petroleum testing and tribology market, coupled with Optimol’s achievements and advances in tribological modeling systems, it will be a mutually beneficial partnership for both companies as well as for their customers.
