Improved Version of Single Gas Detector

An updated version of Biosystems’ (USA) ToxiPro single gas detector is currently being released. Limited quantities of Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) have begun shipping. Following this, the product will be officially launched with all CO, H2S and O2 models being shipped as the 3 window version. Other gas types will be released as they are validated. The new model features three visual alarm windows providing increased worker safety. Each alarm window comes standard with both high visibility yellow (warning) and red (danger) alarm LEDs which flash and chase. The audible alarm on the new ToxiPro and ToxiLtd is now 10% louder than previous models. Some shipments of the new ToxiLtd CO and H2S have begun. By March, all ToxiLtd products sent out will be the updated model which features a new black case. Sulphur dioxide (SO2) and U.S. version Oxygen (O2) models of ToxiLtd have been discontinued since March 1, 2010.
