The microsystem technology of the Modular Gas Analyser MGA-nano allows for very short cycle times; this is the basis for process optimisation and subsequent profit maximisation.

The compact design of the Modular Gas Analyser MGA-nano allows for fast commissioning in the installation close to the process; microsystem technology additionally leads to a low cost of ownership. Significantly lower consumption of utilities in comparison to current market technologies offer additional benefits of this system. As a turnkey analyser system, it removes the need for multiple analyser service and maintenance support packages which avoids more frequent downtimes

BARTEC BENKE (Germany) optionally provides complete system integration with a weather-proofed, air-conditioned cabinet for off-site installation, with a temperature-controlled gas bottle cabinet and a customised sample specific 'Sampling Conditioning System' for special applications. As with every analyser by BARTEC BENKE, the system can be equipped with diverse communication interfaces, for example Modbus for remote access.

There is the potential to create an individual gas analyser with up to 5 modules; Micro-GC, H2O measurement, HCDT measurement, H2S measurement and O2 measurement.
