Reliable and Robust Refinery Analyser

The Flash Refinery Gas Analyser from G.A.S (The Netherlands) analyses a wide scope of sample streams in only 200 seconds. This robust analyser meets the requirements of UOP539, DIN51666, ASTM D2163 and includes reporting according to DIN 51666. Complete characterisation is offered by fast analysis of 32 components, with no additional cooling time, the run time and cycle time are one and the same.
The Flash is a 3 channel instrument which uses 2 Thermal Conductivity Detectors (TCDs) and a Flame Ionisation Detector (FID) based on G.A.S./Interscience’s CompactGC. The analyser includes an independently heated valve oven and 3 independent heated isothermal column ovens for multi-dimensional separations, using capillary columns. The instrument occupies little space, using the popular 19“ standard industrial enclosure. The Flash RGA offers full, digital control and is based upon Proven GC Technology like Valco® valves, robust GC detectors and standard available columns. The result is a very stable and reliable instrument for the analysis of gaseous samples, containing hydrocarbons, permanent gases and sulphur (H2S). The instrument can be applied for all types of refinery gases, including stack gases, flare gases and reformer gases.
