A combination of distillation units according to ASTM D2892 and ASTM D5236 with a sophisticated extension for high vacuum operation was installed and commissioned after an intensive operator training at Thai Oil - Refinery Group, Si Racha (Thailand).

This particular project was served by i-Fischer’s (Germany) original high-end brands; FISCHER Autodest 800 AC (ASTM D2892) incl. Water-Removal/Dehydration stage with simultaneous/parallel Debutanisation, FISCHER Autodest 860 AC (ASTM D5236), and the FISCHER Autodest 860 AC/HV (operating pressure 0.003 Torr) extended D5236 operating range up to 620°…650°CAET, plus a set of comprehensive features as per the international refinery operational safety standards and in accordance to the European Machine Directives which were effected on-site by i-Fischer’s engineers and assisted by the after-sales service team of our exclusive representatives in Thailand, M/s ILAB Fluid Control Co., Ltd.

Upon a series of test runs, with various and extremely different types of crude oil samples and statistical analysis of distillation data, all parties and experts confirmed the project specification as well as personal expectations as “fully met”.
