Automation is the answer to any laboratory where high sample throughput is a requirement. For oil testing labs, this is no different.

Whenever fresh oils, in-service oils, petroleum oils, or synthetic fluids are analysed, demulsibility characterisation is an important test parameter to report.

With the help of Green Lab’s ADEM –automated demulsibility tester – standard test methods like ASTM D1401 or ISO 6614 can be easily performed, automatically.

Working with up to 6 samples at a time, the ADEM performs all the steps without personnel input. This includes thermostatting, stirring, separation, through final evaluation and reporting.
