The Vapor Pressure Tester ERAVAP is the ultimate solution for automated vapor pressure testing.

It measures all kinds of vapor pressures like air saturated and absolute vapor pressure of gasoline, RVPE and true vapor pressure of live and dead crudes always complying with the latest international standards such as ASTM D5188, D5191, D6377, D6378, D6897, EN 13016-1, EN 13016-2,

EN 13016-3, etc.

With its unmatched precision, speed and versatility ERAVAP measures even highly viscous samples and covers the widest possible temperature range from -20 °C to 120 °C (4 °F to 248 °F).

Depending on the application ERAVAP comes with a pressure sensor of 1000 kPa (EV10) or 2000 kPa (EV20). Measuring results with a 1000 kPa pressure sensor offers a better resolution and a better stability. With the 1000 kPa pressure sensor fewer re-calibrations are necessary while still staying within the specified limits of the CRMs in the ASTM standards. Using a 2000 kPa pressure sensor is an efficient solution for special applications like vapor pressure testing of liquified petroleum gas (propane, and propane/butane mixtures). The disadvantages of resolution, stability and drift are less severe due to the high absolute pressure that is measured.

ERAVAPs’ built in quality control mode ensures most accurate results at all times. To perform efficient quality control, the user can set individual warning levels to each QC sample. If measuring results fall outside defined limits a warning is automatically displayed.

Additionally, ERAVAP’s capabilities can be extended with eralytics unique special application modules:

Low VP Modulefor the measurement of e.g. chemicals with vapour pressures as low as 0.1 kPa within an extrapolated measuring range of -99 to 300°C.

• High Viscosity Module that allows to heat the inlet and outlet of the analyser up to 70 °C to be able to measure e.g. crude oil samples with an extremely high viscosity at ambient temperature.

• Low Temperature Module to perform vapor pressure measurements of e.g. gasoline samples down to -20°C (-4°F)

Due to its portability ERAVAP is also used in mobile laboratories around the world. It even stays portable with the directly attached auto sampler. An easily removable full metal housing allows fast access for calibration purposes without dismantling the instrument.

ERAVAP is the analyser of choice for specifying the vapor pressures of fuels, quality control of refining streams, fuel blending and research or mobile applications. It is suitable for numerous sample types like gasoline, hydrocarbon solvents, LPG, crude oil and jet fuel with one single, portable analyser.
