With over 30 years of experience within the Oil and Gas industry Bronkhorst (UK) has further advanced its standard range of products and services to suit the ever changing needs of theindustry. Gas flow measurement and control is now possible within the many extremes of the environment – from ultra-low flow at very high pressure to ultra-high flow at low pressure. Similarly, liquid measurement and control is possible with precision accuracy at ultra-low flows and high pressure (1380 Bar). Naturally, ATEX Zone 1, Zone 2 and safe area designs are available.

Bronkhorst has been of assistance with a great many applications that include: Gas seepage into secondary containment or the passing of flow across valve seats have, historically, simply been sent to flare with the obvious cost implications. Measurement, quantification and collection of these low flows eliminates this loss.

Bronkhorst Coriolis instruments have been applied to the precision ultra-low flow dosage of performance chemicals at the well-head, at the gathering station and at the refinery. Furthermore, the scale of precision is so exact that the automation of R&D formulation is possible with such examples as “shake-test” rigs and progressive blend formulation across small batch sizes.
