ASDevices has launched its new plug-in Purged Lip Sealing Valve (PLSV), which is fully compatible with all third-party conical rotary actuators. ASDevices' patent-pending purged plug-in PLSV rotary valves are the only ones with a unique purge concept that eliminates all leak types, including inboard, outboard, and cross port leaks. The PLSV also has the longest lifespan in UHP applications, with over 2 million actuations, thanks to its unique reduced surface area insert technology. This low friction also enables ASDevices to extend the valve head coating lifetime for applications such as trace sulfur analysis. Furthermore, the pressure/flow properties remain stable across temperature ranges, ensuring constant performance over time. Finally, there’s no dead volume because the internal flow path contains no unswept volume.

The innovation lies not only in ASDevices' PLSV design, but also in its patented valve performance testing method, which is utilized to control quality at a level that no other can match. During the manufacturing, 100% of their valves are tested. Discover the entire portfolio, which includes switching, sample stream selection, and trap and release valves with their accessories. ASDevices' valve technology simply improves any application, from ultra-trace to % measurement ranges, and it comes with a 3-year warranty, the best on the market.
