On-site customised Gas Standard Preparation has never been easier than with Zephyr – a compact version of well-known GasMix™ family from Alytech, France. This low cost, compact device is a smart companion in quality assurance for all gas analysers, GC or gas detectors helping you significantly reduce your stock of gas standard cylinders and related cost.

With its touch screen and intuitive interface, very simple in operation, Zephyr is widely used in various applications for gas mixing/dilution. It can create calibration gas standards from a concentrated gas and a diluent with a dilution ratio up to 10000; be employed for generation of synthetic atmosphere for an oxidation reactor or a glove box; make sample steam dilution and/or internal standard addition.

GasMix™ is compliant with International standards method ISO6145-7 Gas Volumetric Preparation.

The dedicated Software ZeSoft is fully automated the operation and allows a single injection run or a fully automated and pre-programmed sequences that can be stored in the memory and recalled at any time.

Unique Smart Sequence building feature helps operator to make multi-point calibration curves easily. User chooses the number of points, starting and ending concentration values, and the software calculates the respective concentration levels.

When it is used for the calibration of an analyser, accuracy of final concentration is very important. With Zephyr uncertainty of the final gas concentration is calculated automatically taking into account the used flow and the certified uncertainty of the parent gas.

Zephyr is compatible with aggressive gases and active compounds like sulfurs, H2S, ammonia, VOC. With its small foot print, imbedded smart software and internal battery (up to 8h autonomy operation) it can be installed where you need it, in the lab, in the field, in mobile lab.
