GasMix from AlyTech (France) is used to set up customised preparation for single and multipoint calibration gas standards.

The principle is based on the mixing and/or dilution of 2 to 12 gas standards and may be used with virtually all types of analytical instruments.

There are many GasMix applications such as analyser calibration and validation, odor injection in natural gas, synthetic gas mixture generation, glove box atmosphere control, reactor gas feeding, sample conditioning prior to analysis, and much more.

Linearity, accuracy and repeatability will guarantee the success of analyses.

With its dedicated software, GasMix operates on its own from a single injection to a fully automated and pre-programmed sequence. GasMix units can remotely control an external injection valve and the start of an analyser.

The built in Audit Trail function ensures a total traceability of the operations carried out. Regular automatic sequences may be saved and recalled at any time.

The GasMix range of mixing diluting devices consists of: ZEPHYR: the portable, space saver and touch screen unit with 2 diluting channels, AIOLOS: the bench top unit with 2 to 4 diluting channels, HURRICANE: the benchtop unit with 5 to 12 diluting channels, LIQMIX: the benchtop unit for generation of Gas standards from liquids, ATMO: the unit able to calibrate 3 analysers in a row automatically, and GMRACK: the 2 to 4 diluting channels unit to be inserted in a rack.
