The system has an ultra-compact, fully integrated design that combines the HFRR vibrator, electronics controller, and automatic humidity control module into a single unit, minimising footprint and lab space requirements. An integrated PC with a touchscreen enables test execution in just a few clicks, making operation straightforward and efficient. The fully automated workflow manages the entire process - from testing and imaging to measurement and report generation - ensuring effortless use.
An auto-detect function powered by AI and machine learning algorithms accurately measures wear scar diameter without relying on user input. The unit uses clean, salt-free humidity that is electronically controlled and requires only distilled water. Air temperature and humidity are continuously measured and recorded throughout the test duration, ensuring consistent environmental monitoring.
Real-time stroke length acquisition during testing is enabled by an inline sensor, allowing for easy electronic calibration. Additionally, as a single-source supplier, the system provides the instrument, test discs, balls, and accessories, ensuring superior quality control and compatibility across all components.
