Darryl Hazlett has been appointed Director of Process Analytics at PAC (USA), a global provider of advanced analytical instruments for laboratories and online process applications. In his new position, Darryl will oversee and guide the Process Analytics Team in Houston, charged with supporting and promoting existing products and developing new products for the company.

Previously, Darryl was Regional Manager for Ametek, focusing on online analysers (IR, UV and TDL technologies). Previous to Ametek, Darryl was a Product Line and Sales Manager for Yokogawa, with responsibilities for marketing, technical support and sales of their GC, FTNIR, and Analytical Systems Integration products.

In the early 1980s Darryl was the Americas Regional Sales Manager for PSPI, now PAC’s physical properties process product line. He is currently a senior member of ISA, focusing on the Analytical Division’s activities.

In making the announcement, Daniel Benitez, VP Product Management & Marketing, stated, “Our Process Analytics platform is one of PAC’s key growth engines with the ISL-MicroDist and the ANTEK-6200 as main drivers along with our physical properties analysers. Darryl’s extensive experience with online analyzers allows us to accelerate our product portfolio expansion by turning more of our laboratory analytical knowledge into successful online products. We look forward to his leadership in his new position.”
