Automated Calculations

The new GAS XLNC™ program includes accurate calculation of gas properties according to the following standard methods: ASTM D 3588, D 2598, DIN 51666, ISO 6976 and GPA 2172. The software also includes calculations for oxygen correction (ISO 6974-3) and bridge calculation.

Customised Reporting

The dedicated software design enables you to add customised calculations or edit existing calculations, and is compatible with major chromatographic data systems.

More Features & Benefits

The GAS XLNC™ software also offers a secured & reliable data management and a self explanatory operation. The use of plugs-ins enhances the functionality and reporting. The framework allows adding of plug-ins

that offers optional features. The main application functions autonomously, adding plug-ins will not change the main application.

Several management procedures are included for the function access for users & groups, the traceability of analysis & calibrations, the trend analysis option to monitor the instrument performance in time, the

approval of analyses to block approval analysis for changes and the LIMS connectivity (manually or automated).

The dedicated calibration management secures all calibrations performed. Analysis can easily be recalculated with other calibration data. A calibration browser validates the calibration analysis and can be used to view analysed calibration sets. The screen displays a calibration plot and the used calibration analyses. Calibration analyses can be validated or discarded. The calibration features include a single level calibration, bracketing, a multilevel calibration

according to ISO 6974-2 and the use of Absolute AND Relative Response Factors. The software also provides advanced peak identification for individual peaks, group identification and unknown handling. Error propagation according to ISO 6974-2 is used to calculate the uncertainty in the normalised data and in the derived properties.

Hi-Speed Refinery Gas Analysis An example of a gas application that incorporates the GAS Analysis Software XLNC™ is the AC Hi-Speed

Refinery Gas Analyser: a high speed solution that determines and reports the composition of refinery gas streams in only five minutes. The AC Hi-Speed analyser meets the requirements of UOP 539, DIN

51666 and ASTM D 2163. You can find more information on our website.
