K71000 from Koehler Instruments, automates ASTM D93 Pensky-Martens closed-cup testing (A, B and C test modes) and extends method coverage from dew point +10°C up to 400°C. With a biodiesel (ASTM D93 C) useful range of ~60–190°C; it offers differential Pt-100 RTD sensing, selectable electric or gas ignition, integrated barometric correction, full data logging to internal drive (database + export), and a rapid-cool system capable of cooling a 300°C sample to 30°C in ≈8 minutes under typical lab conditions — boosting throughput while improving repeatability and safety.
