G.A.S (Global Analyser Solutions, the Netherlands) offers a robust instrument for high purity analysis. Impurities like permanent gases and light hydrocarbons are analysed down to ppb level using a pulsed discharge detector. Sensitivity and stability for this type of analysis depend very much on instrument configuration and used materials. G.A.S. have selected the best available parts for this purpose, like AFP diaphragm valves. These valves have an internal purge facility, resulting in decreased background and therefore enhanced sensitivity. The analyser is available in 1-3 channels, depending on the required components to be analysed.
