Chemplex offers a large selection of thin-film sample support including SpectroMembrane® carrier frames to be combined with our Sample cups. Our thin films are available in materials from Mylar®, Etnom®, Kapton® and more with thicknesses ranging from 1.5μm though 12μm.

Pre-Assembled Stackable XRF sample cups with thin-film already attached and packaged in tubes, for maximum window protection, are also available.
