Chemplex is proud to offer the three main components that are required for consistent analytical results: XRF Sample Cups, Thin-Film supports and Calibration/Reference standards.

XRF Sample Cups are available in sizes from 18mm to 46mm in diameter with a variety of features to fit all instruments. Features include single open ended, double open ended, patented over-flow reservoir to protect your instruments from those volatile samples.

Thin-Film sample supports are made from materials including Etnom, which is resistant to aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, Prolene, Mylar, Kapton and more; with thicknesses ranging from 1.5µm to 12µm. Chemplex Thin-Film formats include: SpectroMembrane Carrier Frames, the easiest installation of thin-film to the XRF sample cups, rolls, pre-perforated rolls and precut circles.

Chemplex also offers a line of Pre-Assembled Stackable XRF Sample Cups, which have the thin-film windows already attached and are ready for use. They are specially packaged in tubes to allow for maximum window protection.

A complete line of Calibration standards is available in a variety of non-aqueous matrices and can be custom-formulated based on customer needs.
