Refinery Gas Analysers

The source and composition of refinery gases varies considerably and the precise and accurate measurement of gas composition is a significant challenge in today’s refinery operations. Bruker’s (USA) refinery gas analysers (RGA) are ‘turnkey’ systems pre-configured and tuned at the factory to conform to industry standard methods including: UOP 539. Bruker’s refinery gas analysers (RGA) are based on the Bruker SCION™ 456-GC.

Bruker offers two RGA systems to meet the widest range of analysis requirements: GA: A three channel SCION 456-GC with a multi-valve design using both capillary and packed columns and Rapid RGA: For high sample analysis demand, the Rapid RGA Analyser concept provides a substantial reduction in overall analysis time of 5 minutes (7 minutes with H2S) compared to the 25 minutes with the standard RGA.
