Huber’s ATEX solutions for temperature control in their Unistat® range offers two options to address application complexities, restraints and demands.

The first option consists of a Unistat® installed in an ATEX rated cabinet. The cabinet is made from stainless steel with an Ex-p double door seal. Compressed air is pumped into the cabinet purging it of any potentially dangerous vapours and creating a pressure slightly above atmospheric level. This ensures explosive vapours are kept out of the cabinet and away from the Unistat®.

The second option is an ATEX certified remote controller, which can be located in the ATEX zone for convenient operation of the Unistat® situated in the safe zone.

These ATEX solutions make temperature control from -120°C up to 250°C with cooling powers from 0.3Kw up to 25Kw @ -60°C and from 0.7Kw to 130Kw at 0°C possible in ATEX Zones 1 & 2.

The Unistat’s® hydraulically sealed, low volume fluid circuit and Huber’s extreme know-how in thermal transfer and temperature control means that that there is an ATEX certified system available that provides rapid and responsive temperature control for even the most aggressive and demanding applications
