On-line TRUE TOC analysis: fast and reliable

LAR analysers measure the TRUE amount of TOC present in industrial waste waters. The analysers are capable of measuring the TRUE TOC, by using an advanced filter-free robot driven injection technique, in combination with a non catalytic 1200 degrees Celsius combustion. This means that all organics – in a dissolved and in a particulate state - run into the reactor. Due to the high-temperature in the reactor everything is fully oxidised and salts melt and are simply blown out of the reactor. Hence, LAR's QuickTOC^® analysers measure unfiltered waste water and make accurate measurements up to 50,000 ppm TRUE TOC, without memory effects. The analysers are easy to maintain and have low operation costs. Additionally, LAR provides the FlowSampler^®, which enables a representative sampling, with a 98% correspondence to a grab sample.
