I-Graph Gmbh brings the latest in micro-GC technology to the market.  The I-GraphX monitors fuel cells to ensure their safety as well as the purity of hydrogen.

Analytical technology within the hydrocarbon processing sectors needs to be as fast and accurate as possible. I-Graph Gmbh offer a series of micro process gas chromatography analysers that reduce time and provide lab accuracy out in the field. The days of manually taking a sample to the lab for analysis have ended; this cutting-edge, powerful GC combines laboratory precision in very short analysis times, and low costs of ownership and maintenance.

I-Graph have decades of experience in this sector and they have developed their Industrial Graph Xolutions range, which is a modular applicable solution concept. This modular system provides a wide range of possibilities to meet everyone’s specific needs for an extensive range of applications for refineries, oil and gas exploration and petroleum/petrochemical related plants such as natural gas, hydrocarbons, hydrogen production, waste gas, biogas/biomethane, flare gas, gasoline/petroleum and sulphur. For every application the operator is armed with an excess of capabilities and can perform the analysis safe in the knowledge that the chosen I-Graph GC will provide the requisite level of precision quicker than traditional techniques allow.

I-Graph have the perfect model for almost every conceivable application. Their analysers are small, light, economical, fast and user-friendly to commission and use and highly precise. I-Graph have brought the advantages of microsystems technology to their instruments: the main elements of their micro GCs: the injector, separation column and detector are manufactured from silicon Pyrex chips. These MEMS, or Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems, allow the instruments to accurately analyse tiny samples, very rapidly. The cornerstone of these analysers is the only fully functional GC module on the market, made from MEMS analysis chips. Operators can configure four separate separation columns and results can be generated every 30 seconds in many cases. The I-Graph range is ideal for inline analysis for process monitoring and control because of their compact and rugged design as well as their very low power and media consumption.
