Accumulation of oil residues frequently leads to various issues affecting production capacity, reprocessing time and potential damage of parts. Getinge Lancer (France) have used both its broad knowledge and vast experience to develop the TI range of washers.

This range is made up of 4 different sizes of chambers, all robust and resistant to chemical products. Chamber, doors and valves are made in 316 L stainless steel. The hydraulic pump is fitted out with a seal which is highly resistant to petroleum and chemicals.

Each washer offers a highly efficient cleaning process for oily soils due to a combination of specific mechanical, thermal and chemical parameters. Pass-through models can be provided upon request for those wanting to separate loading and unloading sides. Getinge Lancer’s accessories are designed to adapt to any complex or size of item to be processed.

The TI range provides solutions to a wide variety of cleaning requirements thanks to 40 programs from which parameters can easily be modified. Washers can be equipped with a validation monitor that allows cycle validation and independent monitoring of cycles’ critical parameters.
