Dates for the 10th International Conference and Exhibition on Emissions Monitoring have been set for 5th – 7th October 2011.

After successful conferences and exhibitions in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, France and Italy, we are pleased to invite you to the Czech Republic.

Air pollution has never been higher on the agenda of the international community. As legislation and action plans grow in number and stringency, the importance of monitoring and quantifying this pollution in an accurate and transparent manner becomes a priority.

CEM, the International Conference on Emissions Monitoring, has grown in strength and popularity since its inaugural meeting in 1997. CEM 2011 will continue this position as the major international conference and exhibition specifically designed to cover the subject of source emissions monitoring in its entirety.

The conference will consider the latest developments in measurement techniques, environmental legislation and standardisation relevant to all atmospheric pollutants (including particulates, SO2, NOx, VOC, trace elements, and greenhouse gases).

The main topics are Legislation and standardization; Analytical methods for particulates and gases; Emission trading schemes and implementation; Diffuse emissions: modeling and measurements; Instruments certification and equivalency; Personnel certification;

Quality assurances and validation; and Industrial applications and case studies.
