Active Spectrum introduces new On-line and Real-time analysis of crude oil, petrochemicals and lubricants

Active Spectrum introduces a new, rapid test for asphaltene concentration in crude oil using our Micro-ESR spectrometer technology. This quick asphaltene test conforms to ASTM D3279 and can measure asphaltene levels down to 0.05% in approximately one minute with no solvents and minimal sample preparation. 

Active Spectrum’s Micro-ESR is also used for real time monitoring of polymerization in the petrochemicals industry.
