The conference session chaired by Anton Ginzburg Assistant Professor at KU Leuven on Plastic Recycling details what can the petrochemical industry do in the recyling of platics waste, mechanical recycling or chemical recycling, pros and cons of both.

Dr Maria Soliman  the Keynote Speaker is  Research Fellow from SABIC with a broad knowledge and experience on this topic will open up this session. Dr.Soliman will give an overview and insights of the current challenges that industry producers face and possible solutions as a plastic producer.

This session on Plastic recycling will also look at the methods and analytical techniques used in the analysis of mixed plastic wastes looking at molecular make ups to help with recycling strategies. A very exciting and infomative session given by academics and Industry plastic manufacturers.
