For the ninth year in a row, the Belgian economic magazine ‘Trends’ searched for ‘Gazelles’; fast growing companies that symbolise competitive entrepreneurship.

Magnetrol International NV is one of those companies in the East of Flanders - nominated in the category large companies - that reinforce the competitive capacity of the area and has a positive influence on business in general. The category ‘large companies’ contains companies with a turnover of 10 million Euros or more.

The Trends-editors examine – based on data, information of the Trends Top 100.000 - which of the companies have grown the fastest in the period 2003-2007 as far as turnover, personnel and cash flow are concerned.

Since 1971 Magnetrol International NV has a branch office in Zele (Ghent Area), Belgium. Magnetrol grows each year and thereby creates additional opportunities on the job market. These are two Key factors that Trends takes into account while nominating companies for the ‘Trends Gazelles Award’.
