Technology and Innovation Discussed at the Oil & Gas Focus Group

Bronkhorst (UK) were delighted to take part in the Oil & Gas Focus Group Meeting held in Norwich on 23rd April 2014. The group was established to gather industry specialists, users and suppliers together to understand and promote how Technology and Innovation can influence and determine the future direction of flow measurement within the UK Oil & Gas Sector. 

This well established meeting was superbly organised and chaired by TUV NEL, with contributions from the Department of Energy and Climate Change, and was supported by 60 delegates from across many sectors within the industry. During the course of the day a number of skillful presentations were made by experts within their field high-lighting either their developmental work or their in-depth research undertaken to promote change within the industry to benefit both the nation and our climate. 

The meeting was deemed a great success with Bronkhorst finding the exchange of knowledge extremely useful and rewarding it terms of future product development and potential future collaborations. With nearly 35 years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry Bronkhorst is well placed to utilise their existing knowledge whilst continuing to strive for new solutions for emerging needs. Meetings such as this are vital to this cause.
