At the beginning of 2013, Analytik Jena AG (Germany), a specialist manufacturer of analytical instrumentation technology, life science instruments and optoelectronics, founded a subsidiary in France, Analytik Jena France S.A.R.L., which has now officially begun operations within the framework of a customer event. The products of the Analytical Instrumentation and Life Science divisions are to be sold via Analytik Jena France in future.

The inauguration of the office and the application laboratories took place on March 26, 2013 with workshops attended by customers as well as representatives of the press and of Analytik Jena AG, Germany.

"France is one of the important European markets for analytical instrumentation technology and life science products. The establishment of the subsidiary allows us direct access to this market. It is our strategic objective to expand Analytik Jena's global sales network further", says Klaus Berka, CEO of Analytik Jena AG.

Along with direct access to the market, the new French subsidiary opens up to Analytik Jena professional conditions for customer service. Sales and service combined with seminars, in-house training and application work are to contribute to improving the market position in France and providing optimal service for French customers.
