World class liquid flowmeter calibration

Young Calibration Ltd offer liquid flowmeter calibration services to the world. Their facility features UKAS accredited flow calibration rigs for hydrocarbons and water flowmeters covering ¼” to 2” meters. The ISO 17025:2017 accredited flow rigs can accommodate turbine, helical, coriolis, positive displacement, wedge and V-Cone style flowmeters across 0.5 to 440 l/min on oil and 0.04 to 1000 l/min on water. Hydrocarbon flow calibrations are completed on mineral oil at varied viscosities from 5 to 20 cSt on a small loop rig with reference standard positive displacement meters and gravimetric diverter with a measurement uncertainty of 0.4%. Water flowmeter calibration are completed on reference coriolis meters or gravimetric time principle with a best measurement uncertainty of 0.15%. Bespoke calibration services traceable to national standards are available for customer oils, solvents and gases that are in a single-phase state. Gas flow calibrations up to 4500 m3/hr are available on pipeline sizes up to 300 mm diameter at a measurement uncertainty of 0.7%. The laboratory is UKAS accredited (Lab 0604) with ILAC MRA international recognition and acceptance to the worldwide member accreditation bodies.
