Air flow and air velocity flowmeter calibration services

Young Calibration is the home of several UKAS accredited flow calibration rigs for air velocity, anemometers, air flow, thermal mass meters, coriolis meters and variable area meters. Their accredited air velocity wind tunnels can calibrate from 0.05 to 80 m/s and across a range of anemometer types such as pitot, rotating vane, rotating cup, thermal, omni-spherical, isokinetic stack probes and ultrasonic meters. The wind tunnels can provide measurement uncertainty as low as 0.15% of each reading. Young’s ISO 17025:2017 accredited air flow rigs can accommodate turbine, helical, coriolis, positive displacement, piston, laminar and vortex style flowmeters across 1 cc/min to over 1250 l/sec. All of Young Calibration’s bespoke calibration services are offered traceable to national standards with ILAC-MRA recognitions for worldwide acceptance and can be provided on an emergency turnaround.
