The PetroOXY from Petrotest Instruments (Germany) was engineered to replace traditional oxidation stability test methods (ASTM D525 – ISO 7536) for Gasoline and
(ASTM D2274 & EN 14 112) for diesel fuels which are far too time consuming and labor-intensive to be used for spot checking product quality or for process monitoring and control.
The compact PetroOXY tester offers very fast test cycles (typically less than one hour), improved user safety, easy sample handling, small sample size of 5 ml,The PetroOXY is an excellent tool for everyone involved in the development, production, storage and use of fuels including Biodiesel (FAME) and fuel additives.
