The GC Plus Rack Zero Air Generator utilises compressed air that is prefiltered to 0.01 micron and then purified using a state of the art combined heated catalyst module. The resultant air is free from total hydrocarbons to <0.1ppm, making it ideal for all FID applications. These low and stable levels guarantee a low signal to noise ratio, ensuring a flat and stable GC baseline.

No moving parts to break or make noise makes this generator extremely reliable and ideal to be installed directly in the laboratory. With flow rates up to 30 lpm one system can support up to 75 FID's. Short pay back times, minimal maintenance and operator attention make this generator an ideal addition to any GC laboratory.
