Range of high-spec hydrogen, nitrogen, and zero-air generators increase lab efficiency

VICI DBS’ range of hydrogen, nitrogen, and zero air generators have been designed to increase efficiency in the laboratory. These state-of-the-art generators produce superior-quality gases with long-lasting, reliable cells. The constant supply of pure gases will eliminate interruptions in analyses and reduce the need for instrument recalibrations, leading to an overall increase in laboratory efficiency.

The HP Tower Nitrogen Generator provides an on-demand, 24/7 supply of high-purity nitrogen with a flow rate ranging from 500 to 4,000 m/min and a purity up to 99.999%. The generator can be installed in the laboratory, eliminating the need for long gas lines from external cylinder supplies. Nitrogen is produced using a combination of filtration and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology, ensuring ultra-pure nitrogen for sensitive applications such as GC-FID and GC-ECD.

VICI DBS's GT Ultra Air Generator offers a continuous, on-demand supply of ultra zero-grade air, eliminating the inconvenience and cost of cylinders. With a flow rate of 1 to 30 lpm and a purity of 4.5 to 10 bar, this generator is ideal for CEM, process analysers, TOCs, and FT-IR applications. With no moving parts, the Ultra GT is reliable, noise-free, and easy to install directly in the laboratory or online. A self-regenerative PSA drying module removes water vapour, CO, and CO2, while a customised scrubber removes NOx and SOx, making it suitable for all analyser and TOC applications.

The NM 1000 Plus Hydrogen Generator is a high-performance hydrogen generator that enhances the PG Plus with a unique no-maintenance purification system, resulting in ultra-high-purity carrier-grade gas. The sophisticated software control and safety alarm capability minimise safety concerns while maximising the benefits of using hydrogen carrier gas. With a flow rate of 1000 mL/min and 11 barg outlet pressure, the NM 1000 Plus Hydrogen Generator can supply up to 25 GCs with detector gas.

VICI DBS's proprietary PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) increases the performance and lifespan of the 100% titanium cell, while the Nafion membrane drying system reduces downtime and cost.
