A continuous, on-demand supply of ultra zero grade air removes the logistics, inconveniences, downtime and costs of a cylinder.

Free from THC, CO, CO2, NOx and SOx, VICI DBS’ Ultra GT Zero Air Generator is ideal for CEM, process analysers, TOCs and FT-IR applications, offering a stable baseline with increased sensitivity. It produces a continuous supply of ultra zero grade air with a flow rate from 1 to 30 lpm purity and pressure of 4.5 to 10 bar.

With no moving parts, the Ultra GT is noise-free and less prone to breakage, making the generator reliable for the long term and easy to install directly in the laboratory or online.

An external air supply is pre-filtered by high efficiency coalescing filters to remove water, oil and unwanted particles.

A self regenerative PSA drying module removes water vapour, CO and CO2. A customised scrubber is designed specifically to remove NOx and SOx, making it ideal for all analysers, TOC and specialised detector applications.
