VICI DBS Gas Generators

The VICI DBS NM PLUS Rack Hydrogen + Zero Air Generator combines the reliability of the hydrogen generator with a zero air generator. It can be installed in any suitable 19” static or mobile cabinet. This simple but effective instrument can supply all your FID gas requirements. Designed as a hazard free alternative to high pressure cylinders, all that is required is deionised water, compressed air and a standard electrical supply for weeks of continuous operation.

VICI DBS's proprietary PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) increases the performance and lengthens the life of the 100% titanium cell. The Nafion membrane drying system eliminates the necessity for desiccant cartridges while also reducing overall downtime and cost. Innovative software controls offer maximum operational performance and safety and options such as auto water feed, remote networking, and cascading for built in redundancy.

With a maximum output capacity of 1000 ml/min, one generator can supply up to 25 GCs. The compact design allows the generator to be installed directly in the laboratory eliminating the need for long gas lines, ensuring the delivery of high purity gas to your GC.

VICI DBS GT Plus Ultra Zero Air Generator

The GT Plus Ultra Zero Air Generator utilises compressed air, purified using a five step filtration and drying process. There are no moving parts and no noise, making the generator extremely reliable and ideal to be installed directly in the laboratory or online.

With flow rates up to 30 lpm one system can support multiple analysers and with short payback times, minimal maintenance and operator attention they are an ideal addition for providing gas to your analyser.

A self regenerative PSA drying module removes water vapor, CO and CO2, and a specialised scrubber removes NOx & SOx. A state-of-the-art combined heated catalyst module removes the THC and then a final high efficiency filter ensures the exit air is free from all particulate.

The resultant air is free from THC, CO, CO2, NOx, SOx and water vapor, making it ideal for all analyser, TOC and specialised detector applications.

VICI DBS GC Plus Rack Zero Air Generator

The GC Plus Rack Zero Air Generator utilises compressed air that is prefiltered to 0.01 micron and then purified using a state of the art combined heated catalyst module. The resultant air is free from total hydrocarbons to <0.1ppm, making it ideal for all FID applications. These low and stable levels guarantee a low signal to noise ratio, ensuring a flat and stable GC baseline.

No moving parts to break or make noise makes this generator extremely reliable and ideal to be installed directly in the laboratory. With flow rates up to 30 lpm one system can support up to 75 FIDs. Short pay back times, minimal maintenance and operator attention make this generator an ideal addition to any GC laboratory.
