NM Plus Rack Hydrogen + Zero Air Generator

The VICI DBS NM PLUS Rack Hydrogen + Zero Air Generator combines the reliability of the hydrogen generator with a zero air generator. It can be installed in any suitable 19” static or mobile cabinet. This simple but effective instrument can supply all your FID gas requirements. Designed as a hazard free alternative to high pressure cylinders, all that is required is deionized water, compressed air and a standard electrical supply for weeks of continuous operation.

VICI DBS's proprietary PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) increases the performance and lengthens the life of the 100% titanium cell. The Nafion membrane drying system eliminates the necessity for desiccant cartridges while also reducing overall downtime and cost. Innovative software controls offer maximum operational performance and safety and options such as auto water feed, remote networking, and cascading for built in redundancy.

With a maximum output capacity of 1000 ml/min, one generator can supply up to 25 GCs. The compact design allows the generator to be installed directly in the laboratory eliminating the need for long gas lines, ensuring the delivery of high purity gas to your GC.
