XPERT-TOC/TN_b: Total Organic Carbon and Total bound Nitrogen in (waste) water samples

Industrial plants monitor the amount of organic substances in wastewater to ensure it has been treated adequately before discharge. Environmental protection agencies created stringent regulations to which the discharged wastewater must comply. Substances of organic matter which may be present in these effluents are potentially harmful. To protect the environment, sum parameters of Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Total bound Nitrogen (TN_b) are analysed in (waste)water samples. These analysis are also used in monitoring waste water in treatment processes. TE Instruments’ XPERT TOC/TN_b analyser is the perfect solution to cover these applications, fully compliant with international test methods like the EN 1484 or ISO 8245.
